In this episode Scott shows you some summer picnic dishes that are easy and great for pool parties and picnics. On this shoot it was about 100 degrees outside that day and the tv debut of the dogs.

Scott and his Trusty Assisitant Sonya attempt to create a sunday brunch that is easy and delicious. Sonya by the way is a NYC Rockette and adds spice to more of Capital Dish shows.

This was the show that was forced to change at the last minute from the media sponsors because of the content in part 2…..this is the original version ..not the reshoot!

In this episode Scott prepares Asian fare and finishes with a western dessert!

Anyone can do this!

Sage Chicken
07 22nd, 2008

This is from one of my favorite spots in Washington DC  “La Tomate” in DuPont Circle. It is usually served at lunch if they still serve it at all. If they don’t, that would be a shame.  The flavors of the chicken and the sage are a wonderful mix.

Most of all the dish is vey easy and quick to make.  All you have to do is have your pasta or potatoes and vegetables ready then your set to go and visit with you’re guests!  Enjoy and let me know if you tried the recipe! What is your favorite restaurant in DC?
