This is a true story about a fish named “Disco” who lives in the chandalier at Scott’s on Fifth. Disco was rescued from a rescue fish sanctuary about a year ago , he had tattered fins, missing scales, and faded color. He refused to eat for months and was wasting away until that fortunate day when I caught a glimpse of him out the corner of my eye and it was love at first sight. I quickly took Disco to his new home and it was like he won the lottery, breafast every morning, swimming class in the afternoon, and swimming under the bridge all evening to great music…happiness at last is the look on his face now.
One day about a month ago, between lunch and dinner Disco and I were watching Shark Week on the TV and the great whites were shown jumping out of the water. I could clearly see Disco trying to do the same thing, it was amazing. For weeks I trained Disco to jump out of the the water and everytime he was successful he gets a treat and this video is Disco in action. When you come to Scott’s stop by table 14 and see Disco the jumpng fish.
